What is the TEAM?
TEAM is our elite competitive track for students ready to take their Taekwondo to the next level. It focuses on the technical precision and athleticism required for high-level Sparring, Poomsae, and Demonstration performances. Team members represent our school at local, state, and national competitions, fostering excellence, leadership, and elite sportsmanship.
I want to join the TEAM but I don't feel ready yet.
Our program is structured to support athletes across three developmental stages: the Developing Team, the Local & State Level Team, and the National High-Performance Team. Training is tailored to the physical and mental demands of each level — and we welcome all prospective students to try a class before making any commitment.
What are the benefits of being on the TEAM?
High-level instruction, exclusive seminars, development camps, and constant opportunities for personal growth. You'll train, compete, and grow alongside peers who share your drive — a community built on camaraderie where students forge lifelong friendships and support each other in lasting accomplishments on and off the mats.
How will this help me beyond martial arts?
Martial arts is a vehicle for lifelong character development. Our team guides students through inevitable challenges, teaching them to transform setbacks into stepping stones. These lessons are practiced in a balanced, age-appropriate setting where students train alongside peers of similar rank and size — consistently challenged, always supported.
How does TEAM training work?
TEAM is a seasonal, subscription-based program built around competition at the local, state, and national level. It includes training development camps and regularly scheduled twice-a-week training on top of your standard classes.
