Yes — every new student begins in our Basics program, where we prepare balance, coordination, fitness, and flexibility alongside the mental skills of focus, respect, discipline, self-control, and confidence. Taekwondo is a great way to start the process for any activity.

4 years old — and we have students training who are nearly 60. Every class is offered as a family program.

Our program has seen great results for children with ADHD — we're commonly recommended by child therapists and school guidance counselors. It takes time, but over nearly 30 years in the Vancouver area, the results speak for themselves.

Basics (the foundation, ages 4–12), Teen/Adult & Family classes led by Mr. Randy Baker, the Elite Club (the accelerated path to black belt with no testing fees), the Masters program (1st dan and beyond), and TEAM — our Sport Taekwondo competition track for USAT and AAU events.

After a free complimentary trial class, our extended trial is $69 for 3 weeks and includes a uniform. If you love it, we'll sit down to talk programming — no contracts, no cancellation penalties, no gimmicks.

Monday 12–8:30 PM, Tuesday 12–8 PM, Wednesday 12–8:30 PM, Thursday 12–8 PM, Friday 12–6 PM, Saturday 10 AM–12 PM. Beginner classes run Mon/Wed at 5:50 PM, Tue/Thu at 4:30 PM, and Saturday at 11:20 AM. Teen & Adult classes are Mon/Wed at 7:40 PM.

Our Basics program starts at $199 a month (+tax). We offer family discounts, flat-rate discounts, and military discounts — and renewals done on time can lock in your rate.

No. Our school operates on a no-gimmicks policy: no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties. We hold students to the same standard of commitment we hold ourselves — but you're free to leave any time.

On average, 3–4 years. Elite Club students attending twice weekly and testing on schedule can shorten the journey to as little as three years. Our black belts are certified by the Kukkiwon — internationally recognized, for life.

We're an academy, and a black belt school — when a student enrolls, the goal is to graduate. Like school, the journey and the destination both matter. A black belt is simply a white belt who never quit, and our Masters approach every student with one question: how will we ensure this student graduates?
