How long does it take to see a transformation at HWCTA?
Within the first 4–12 weeks, most families have a solid idea of their student's trajectory. The full journey to black belt averages 3–4 years — and students on our Elite track, attending twice weekly and testing on schedule, can shorten it to as little as three.
Do you work with kids who have been bullied at school?
Yes — building bully-proof confidence is one of the core things we do. Students learn to physically defend themselves and, more importantly, to use their voice to stand up for themselves and others.
Can you help a child who can't seem to stick with any activity?
We're a black belt school — when a student enrolls, we don't wonder how far they'll go; we ask how we'll ensure they graduate. The goal-driven structure, stripe progression every 2 months, and the whole village of black belts supporting each student is exactly what helps kids finally stick.
